Okanagan Business License item

The Ministry of Small Business and Revenue has announced that the Okanagan-Similkameen Mobile Business License Project will launch on January 1, 2008.

This means that eligible businesses (trades are eligible) will have the option of upgrading to the Mobile Business License, allowing them to work in all the following communities:

  • Armstrong
  • Coldstream
  • Enderby
  • Kelowna
  • Keremeos
  • Lake Country
  • Lumby
  • Oliver
  • Osoyoos
  • Peachland
  • Penticton
  • Princeton
  • Salmon Arm
  • Spallumcheen
  • Summerland
  • Vernon

Applications for this license can be submitted to the municipal office where your business is presently located and licensed, and will cost $150.00.

The goal of this pilot progam is to reduce administrative burden and make it easier for you to operate across municipalities.
