The new update for North America’s construction documents standard is now available at www.spex.ca. Co-published by Construction Specifications Canada and the Construction Specifications Institute, the changes found in Masterformat 2010 Update are the first under a new annual revision cycle that incorporates suggestions by design/construction professionals. The current update includes an entirely new division (i.e. Division 46 – Water and Wastewater Equipment), revisions to Division 44 – Pollution and Waste Control Equipment amongst others. Purchase of the book includes a pdf, the revised numbers/titles list, and an excel spreadsheet with transition matrices for the 1995, 2004 and 2010 editions.
