By completing an online registration or order form on our website, you are giving us permission to collect that personal information about you and share it with the necessary third parties in order to complete your requested transaction. Anti-Spam Policy

MCABC offers several opportunities for you to receive online newsletters and publications by mail and via e-mail. In all cases, these lists are “opt-out”only, meaning that we will not send bulk e-mails if you choose not to be a recipient of them. From time to time, we may also contact you regarding a change or modification to a program to which you have subscribed. In all cases, these e-mails will contain information on how to “unsubscribe” at the end.

MCABC also protects your privacy by extending this policy to 3rd parties. We do not provide e-mail lists to outside entities. In these ways, we firmly reinforce our stance against “spam.” If you receive a 3rd party e-mail appearing to represent itself as having come from or been endorsed by MCABC, please forward it to the Webmaster, who will take appropriate action.

If other instances occur where we would deem it necessary to share your e-mail or other personal information, we would first tell you of our need to do so and give you the opportunity to decline prior to disclosing the information.

Some are concerned about cookies and would prefer that they not be saved on their hard drives. If you do not want to use cookies, you may turn them off in the configuration page of your web browser. In doing so, however, please be advised that you may either be prompted for a password each time you access a private area or that you may be unable to access all of the features on our website.
